5 Steps to Indoor Allergy Relief

Manage your allergies in the home or office is not too difficult, but take a few simple steps to be successful. Whether it is the culmination of seasonal allergies or winter when there are no pollen, dust and mold around the whole year. Knowing exactly what pollen or mold bothers you can be a start, but the management of your environment, the same tools and organization.

1. Keep the house clean and dry. Molds and mildew thrive in warm and humid environments. Areas in the house askitchen, bath, laundry room and basement tend to be damp.
