Combating Dust Allergies - Tips to Help With Dust Allergies

The easiest way to treat allergies is to avoid just what it is you are allergic to. This is a method of common sense, but it is sometimes hard to do when pollen season rolls around, or if you are allergic to dust. Dust is everywhere and is very hard to avoid when you're cleaning or if you just live your normal life. House dust mites are lurking everywhere in your house, your car, your work, and pretty much everywhere you go forever. The key for allergies is to know how to get rid ofDust. Here are some tips to help you.

1. Start with the protection of your mattress. This is a great place to find dust mites and it is proven that an unmade bed is less attractive to dust mites as a made bed. There are special allergy covers for your mattress that you can purchase and use to keep mites from the storage facility in your beautiful and warm bed. You can even help to measure for pillows, dust with your problem.

2. Remove the carpet. SureCarpet looks nice and is not as expensive as hardwood floors, hardwood and tile, but are less likely to attract house dust mites. The camps in carpet and the vacuum will contribute very little to help you get rid of them. However, if you can not just get rid of your carpet you need it to make a hot water carpet cleaning once a month and a vacuum with a HEPA filter vacuum as well.

3. Use your air cleaner air filter. There are filters that are built to make your air filter and 99.9% to remove theall the toxins in the air, including dust. This is great because when you breathe better air, you will be happier start and a much allergy live in freedom.

4. Wash your sheets and blankets once a week. These are very attractive places for dust mites and washing them weekly, you can access many of the mites that cities are building on blankets and towels removed. You should wash them in hot water so that they are thoroughly cleaned and if you really wantto eliminate dust, then get a comforter that is made from a synthetic material.

5. Eliminate all the nick knacks. Sure they look nice, but have you ever tried to dust them. These are the things that dust clings to and when you have an allergy to dust this can be something that can cause you to have horrible troubles with that allergy. Eliminate all the little nick knacks and you will have less dust around your home.
